Monitor and manage Company’s outstanding total cash, hedge its exposure to currencies’ fluctuation.
Review, compare and analyze the actual results with the planned budget and forecast.
Prepare a managerial report, as defined by the Company’s Management, on a Monthly/Quarterly basis.
Manage social security refund requests (reserve duty, maternity leave, etc.).
Produce pay slips (including simulations) and ensure tax regulations compliance.
Periodic (monthly and year-end) tax deduction filing to relevant tax authorities.
Coordinate employees’ social benefits payments (pension, insurance and education funds) with the Insurance Broker.
Review of employment agreements.
Provide ongoing financial management reports.
Coordinate with US CPA firm all relevant data for the filling of US Tax Return (State and Federal).
