Co-Founder & CEO
Prior to the foundation of SEA GROUP, Shay worked as CFO at Nanovibronix (NASDAQ: NAOV) and as AVP Finance at Gilat Satellite Networks (NASDAQ: GILT) as well as a Director of Finance at Suprenasystems, a private company. In addition, Shay served as an Auditor at the High Tech Group at PWC Tel Aviv. Serving in many High Tech companies, both public and private ones, leading global finance departments and leading IPO and M&A activities, grant an added value to our firm with its clients.
Shay holds BA in Accounting and Economy (graduated with distinction), from Tel Aviv University and is Certificated Public Accountant.

Prior to the foundation of SEA GROUP, Einat worked as a Director of Finance in several public Companies Polar Investments Ltd. (TASE: PLR) and Olympia Real-estate Holdings (TASE:OLMP) where she was involved in raising funds, M&A activities, Due Diligence processes and Global Tax Planning. In addition, Einat was an Auditor at KPMG Somekh Chaikin, specializing both in private and public companies.
Einat vast knowledge and experience in finance, as well as her comprehensive understanding of the companies’ moving along, contribute to an optimal service we can grant our clients.
Einat holds a B.A in Accounting (graduated with distinction) and LLB from Tel Aviv University and is Certificated Public Accountant.
